Terms of Service

Last updated 24 July 2026

Keep Give Move ("the app") is made by Littlelion Studio Inc. ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the app, the keepgivemove.com website, and the services behind them. We have tried to keep them plain and honest — the same way we wrote our Privacy Policy.

1. What the app is

Keep Give Move helps a household catalogue its belongings and decide what to keep, give away, sell, or move. The app works on your device first: your inventory, photos, and voice memos live on your phone. Signing in adds optional services — syncing with the other members of your household, and AI-assisted identification of your items.

2. Your account and your household

You sign in with your email address. Households are shared spaces: everyone you invite can see and edit the household's inventory. You are responsible for who you invite. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself.

3. Your things stay yours

The inventory you build — names, notes, decisions, photos, voice memos — is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: storing your data, syncing it inside your household, and sending item photos to an AI provider when you tap Identify. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases, credits, and the free tier

The app offers one-time purchases — a Move Pass and credit top-ups — billed through the app store you bought them from (Google Play or the Apple App Store), at the prices shown there at the time of purchase. Purchases credit your household, and every member shares them. A free tier exists with limited items and a limited number of AI identifications; its limits are shown in the app.

Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, under that store's rules. If you believe something went wrong with a purchase, contact us at support@keepgivemove.com and we will help you sort it out.

5. What "lifetime" and "no expiry" mean

Move Pass benefits and purchased credits have no expiry date: they never lapse on a clock, never reset, and unused credits carry forward indefinitely. They last for the lifetime of the Keep Give Move service itself.

We say this plainly because no software service runs forever. If we ever discontinue the service, the connected features — AI identification, syncing, and purchases — will stop working, and remaining credit balances will end with them. What does not end is the part you built: because the app is designed device-first, your inventory, photos, and voice memos remain on your device, readable and exportable, even if our servers go dark. Nothing lasts forever — but your record is yours, and it stays with you.

6. AI results are suggestions, not appraisals

The Identify feature and the app's price and value figures (including replacement, resale, and insurance estimates) are estimates generated to help you decide — they are not professional appraisals, insurance valuations, or customs declarations. Check anything important before relying on it. If you use the app's numbers in an insurance manifest, a customs form, or a sale, the responsibility for verifying them is yours.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access to it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm other users.

8. The service can change

We improve the app continually, and features may change, be added, or be retired. We may modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time. Section 5 describes what discontinuation would mean for purchases and for your data.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we make no warranties beyond what the law requires.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages — lost profits, lost data caused by factors outside our service, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. For meaningful changes to purchased features, we'll aim to be loud about it, not quiet.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
