The points stack. Stressful in surveys, quietly cumulative on paper — measured differently, felt the same.

A whole-population study from New Zealand rebuilt that classic scale from national data and found the same signal: a change of residence measurably raises stress, repeated moves raise a person's baseline — moving stress compounds — and homeowners are hit hardest.
